About

Juno is a New York State–licensed massage therapist in private practice since 2010. She is also an anatomist, with over 1,500 hours of experience in dissection labs. Having worked alongside renowned figures in anatomical education, she brings a deep and nuanced understanding of the human body to her practice.

Her interest in physical fitness began in 1999. Over the years, she has trained in martial arts including Taekwondo, Iaido (Japanese sword art), and Aikido, before discovering CrossFit in 2013. She now focuses on functional strength training and calisthenics.

Originally from Japan, Juno currently practices in Manhattan, NY.
